Hello everybody. Welcome. So today we're going to work on strengthening the upper body. So your arms.
So if you can do the push-ups, full strength push-ups, by all means do those.
I like to do the smaller ones. You can do them up against the wall. You can do them leaning up against the counter.
If you're doing them on the floor, remember to have fingertips, palms, wrists. Squeeze the abdominals.
And just lowering down. Deep breath in. And come back up.
